In the early nineties, during a period of soaring corporate profits, a payroll company was formed with a very different vision. Netpay was born when a group of payroll professionals, with extensive experience working for a major payroll company, became disillusioned by the “big corporate” mentality and disregard for customer service. Together, this like-minded group of payroll professionals set out on their own to provide the industry with a better option. After fifteen years of spreading our vision, Netpay has grown into a national payroll provider with over nineteen-thousand clients, providing service in every state. The mission statement of Netpay, reflected in our products and services, is to find the common ground between company profits and doing what’s best for clients and families across America.
